1. جمع البيانات واستخدامها

تطبيق "فتَّش" (Fatesh) مصمم كمشروع خدمي لمساعدة المواطنين في السودان للوصول للأماكن الخدمية. نحن نلتزم بحماية خصوصيتك بالكامل:

• الموقع الجغرافي: يستخدم التطبيق صلاحية الوصول لموقعك الجغرافي (Approximate & Precise Location) لحساب وعرض الأماكن الخدمية وصرافات النقود الأقرب إليك. يتم معالجة وإرسال إحداثيات الموقع بشكل مشفر وتستخدم فقط للفرز الجغرافي ولا يتم تخزين موقعك أو تتبع حركتك على خوادمنا.
• بيانات الحساب: يتم تسجيل الدخول محلياً بالكامل لتأمين وحفظ جلسات المستخدم. لا نقوم بجمع أو بيع أو مشاركة بياناتك الشخصية مع أي أطراف ثالثة.

2. أمن البيانات وتشفيرها

يتم تشفير جميع الاتصالات بين التطبيق والخادم باستخدام بروتوكول HTTPS الآمن لمنع أي اعتراض للبيانات. لا نقوم بتخزين أي كلمات مرور بشكل نصي واضح، بل يتم تشفيرها باستخدام خوارزميات التشفير المتقدمة (bcrypt).

3. حذف الحساب والبيانات

بما أن التطبيق يعتمد على جلسات محلية محاكاة للمستخدمين ولا يحتفظ بسجلات دائمة لبياناتك الشخصية على خوادمنا، فإن بياناتك آمنة تلقائياً. ومع ذلك، إذا رغبت في إرسال طلب رسمي لتأكيد إزالة أي بيانات، يمكنك زيارة صفحة طلب حذف الحساب.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Fatesh app is designed to help citizens in Sudan find local services easily. We strictly commit to protecting your privacy:

• Geographical Location: The app requests permission to access your geographic location (Approximate & Precise Location) to calculate and display the nearest service points and ATMs. Location coordinates are transmitted securely over HTTPS solely for sorting purposes and are never stored or tracked.
• Account Data: Registration and logins are processed locally to secure user sessions. We do not collect, sell, or share user personal information with third parties.

2. Data Security & Encryption

All communications between the mobile application and the backend API are encrypted in transit using the HTTPS secure protocol. User passwords are safely hashed using advanced encryption (bcrypt) before storage.

3. Account & Data Deletion

Because the app relies on simulated local sessions and does not store permanent user-identifiable profiles on cloud databases, your data is inherently safe. However, you can submit an official deletion request at any time on the Account Deletion Portal.
